Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead AI-powered analytics and clinical data initiatives within the Analytics & Behavior Change organization. You will work with data scientists, ML engineers, and clinicians to bring data-driven insights from concept to production, shaping decisions that improve care access and outcomes.

The role emphasizes ML ops, threshold tuning, and collaboration across multiple teams to deliver high-impact analytics platforms and products for Aetna

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional with Machine Learning Engineering and Data Science.
• 2 years Product Management, Product Management-adjacent, or Consulting experience.
• 2+ years experience with AI, data analytics, data products, and/or complex analytics utilizing clinical or claims data.
• 2+ years communicating with stakeholders at all levels including clinicians and business teams.
• 2+ years delivering products through full lifecycle with QA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create product requirements documents, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications for Data Science, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
• Support Engineering and Data Science to implement features by clarifying requirements and facilitating discussions.
• Facilitate prioritization across teams and manage trade-offs between speed, scalability, and quality.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream and downstream teams.
• Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners and align with multiple teams.
• Collaborate with clinicians to validate model results and refine approaches.
• Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics to drive ROI.
• Maintain product roadmaps with internal customers and executives.
• Lead and guide a dedicated scrum team of data scientists and software engineers.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field

Master's degree preferred
