Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for the Analytics & Behavior Change organization to drive AI-powered analytics supporting clinicians. You will work with data scientists and engineers to bring AI/ML products from inception to production, balancing speed, accuracy, and business value.

The role requires ML, data literacy, and strong communication skills to align stakeholders and deliver measurable ROI across CVS Health’s consumer healthcare initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years' experience working cross-functional with ML engineering and data science.
• 2 years' Product Management or related experience.
• 2+ years experience with AI, data analytics, or data products using clinical/claims data.
• 2+ years in a complex stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate product requirements to Data Science, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
• Support teams to implement features and clarify requirements.
• Drive trade-offs between speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts across teams.
• Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
• Collaborate with clinicians and operations to quantify business value.
• Validate model results with clinicians; refine as needed.
• Track product performance metrics and ROI.
• Maintain product roadmaps with internal customers and executives.
• Lead a dedicated scrum team of data scientists and software engineers.
