Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager within the Analytics & Behavior Change organization to lead AI-powered analytics products supporting clinicians. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate clinical data into scalable AI solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management, strong ML knowledge, and experience delivering end-to-end data products in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years cross‑functional with ML Eng and Data Science.
• 2+ years product management or consulting with data scientists.
• 2+ years AI/data analytics experience.
• 2+ years operating in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Experience delivering products through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Create product requirements, acceptance criteria, and specs for Data Science and Engineering teams.
• Clarify requirements and facilitate discussions to support feature implementation.
• Prioritize work and balance speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream/downstream teams.
• Develop go‑live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
• Validate business value with clinicians and operations teams.
• Track product performance metrics and ROI to drive roadmap decisions.
• Maintain product roadmaps with internal customers and executives.
• Lead and guide a dedicated scrum team of data scientists and software engineers.
