Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager for the Analytics & Behavior Change organization to drive AI-powered analytics supporting clinicians. You will liaise with data scientists, ML engineers, and clinicians to bring AI/ML products from concept to production, balancing speed, accuracy, and scale.

You will define requirements, manage go‑live plans, and track product metrics to demonstrate ROI, while leading Agile teams and aligning with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience in product roles or equivalent.
• 3+ years working cross-functionally with ML engineers and data scientists.
• 2+ years in product management or consulting with data scientists.
• 2+ years experience with AI/analytics using clinical or claims data.
• 2+ years in complex stakeholder environments and consensus building.
• 2+ years of communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create PRDs, acceptance criteria, and specs for Data Science and Engineering.
• Support teams to implement features; clarify requirements and facilitate discussions.
• Coordinate data SLAs and interface contracts across teams.
• Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
• Work with clinicians/operations to quantify business value of solutions.
• Validate model results with clinicians and drive refinement.
• Define and track product performance metrics to show ROI.
• Maintain product roadmaps with internal customers and executives.
• Lead a dedicated scrum team following Agile practices.
