Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the agentic analytics platform within the AI Enablement team. You will partner with platform engineers and business stakeholders to define data needs, set governance boundaries, and ship trusted analytics capabilities.

You bring deep enterprise data experience, fluency with SQL and the modern data stack, and a hands-on approach to prototyping with AI tools to deliver impact while aligning across senior executives and partner teams.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of Product Management or Data Analytics experience.
Bachelor's or Master's in quantitative field, or a Bachelor's with 4+ years PM/data experience.
Experience with data governance and semantic/metrics layers.
Proficient in SQL; strong data storytelling and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Partner with platform engineers to build and operate AI products that teams across Shopping depend on, starting with an agentic analytics platform.
Understand the enterprise data requirements and ensure the system’s compliance with enterprise patterns.
Define what a system needs to know to be trusted (the data, the definitions, the context behind both).
Set the boundaries for what agents can and can’t do, and prove those boundaries hold in practice.
Relentlessly push to understand user and stakeholder needs and ensure they are considered in prioritization and trade‑off discussions.
Make each successive deployment cheaper and faster than the last.
Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders that depend on the capabilities and performance of our platforms.
Define, socialize, and monitor key performance indicators to understand the evolution and success of the project.
