Advatix Inc. in New York, NY is seeking an Engagement Manager (CPG + Retail) to lead advisory, pre‑sales, and delivery for AI and analytics initiatives across enterprise clients in the CPG and Retail sectors.

You will work with senior business and technology stakeholders, shape transformation roadmaps, and translate complex requirements into scalable AI and data solutions, while partnering with sales and delivery teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise AI/data consulting or analytics consulting.
• Hands-on practitioner with AI, data, cloud, and analytics experience.
• Experience serving enterprise CPG and/or Retail clients.
• Ability to lead executive-level engagements and client conversations.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to drive strategic AI, data, and analytics conversations with enterprise CPG and Retail clients.
• Lead discovery workshops, executive discussions, and solutioning sessions.
• Translate business priorities into scalable AI, data, analytics, and engineering solutions.
• Shape proposals, statements of work, and strategic transformation roadmaps.
• Support large deal pursuits, RFP responses, client presentations, and pre‑sales activities.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
