Qualifications

• - 10+ years in business analytics or decision-oriented roles.
• - Experience working with business stakeholders and senior leaders.
• - Prior experience in Retail/CPG preferred.
• - Strong analytical orientation and comfort with data.
• - Excellent written, verbal and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• - Understand the business and the decision by engaging stakeholders.
• - Challenge and structure problems; convert issues into hypotheses and analyses.
• - Use data to develop insights and translate findings into actions.
• - Prototype AI-enabled solutions using GenAI and low-code tools.
• - Orchestrate cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers and domain experts.
• - Learn emerging AI technologies and apply them to business decisions.
