Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a business-first consultant who can work directly with business leaders to translate complex decisions into data- and AI-enabled solutions. This role goes beyond traditional requirements gathering, focusing on understanding operations, identifying critical decisions, and mobilizing AI tools and expert teams to solve problems.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience using data and analysis to support business decisions, comfort with GenAI and agentic technologies,

Qualifications

10+ years in business analytics or strategy/management consulting.
Retail/CPG experience preferred.
Ability to translate business questions into analyses.
Comfort with GenAI and AI agents.
Excellent written and executive communication.

Responsibilities

Understand the business and the decision: engage stakeholders to understand objectives, economics, processes, constraints and the decisions.
Challenge and structure problems: ask the right questions and convert ambiguities into hypotheses and decision frameworks.
Use data to develop insights: analyze data, identify patterns and translate findings into business implications.
Rapidly prototype solutions: use GenAI, Agentic AI, analytics and low-code/no-code tools to explore ideas and prototypes.
Orchestrate expertise: leverage data scientists, engineers, domain experts and AI agents.
Drive from insight to action: communicate findings in business language and translate into measurable outcomes.
Continuously learn: experiment with emerging AI capabilities and their business impact.
