Advatix LATAM invites a highly experienced Engagement Manager – CPG & Retail to lead AI, data, and analytics advisory for enterprise clients in the NY Tri-State area. You will shape pre-sales, craft transformation roadmaps, and collaborate with sales, delivery, and executive stakeholders.

The role blends deep technical expertise with strong commercial sense, requiring autonomy, travel readiness, and a track record with CPG/retail, Fortune 500 clients, and complex enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in enterprise AI/data consulting or related fields.
• Strong experience serving enterprise CPG and/or Retail clients.
• Hands-on practitioner with ability to lead executive conversations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in hybrid client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic AI, data, and analytics conversations with enterprise CPG and Retail clients.
• Lead discovery workshops and executive discussions.
• Translate business priorities into scalable AI and analytics solutions.
• Shape proposals, statements of work, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support pre-sales activities and client presentations.
• Build trusted relationships with CIO/CTO/CDO and business leaders.
