Qualifications

• Experience building agent-based systems that complete tasks autonomously.
• Ability to design contexts, tool interfaces and plan/track state.
• Proven track record evaluating models and fixing unreliable behavior.

Responsibilities

• Build scaffolding for language models to perform multi-step tasks.
• Define agent planning, action, state tracking and human handoff points.
• Prototype AI features and move the strongest into production.
• Create evaluation suites to measure task completion and quality.
