Job summary

Raydar is seeking an AI Engineer to own the design and delivery of a scalable, safe conversational AI agent in a fast-growing technology environment. You will coordinate multiple agents, review real production traces, and iterate against evaluation outcomes to strengthen the framework.

The role involves connecting external data sources, scaling conversations across channels, and maintaining consistency of personalized responses.

Qualifications

• Background as an engineer dedicated to agentic systems and large AI applications.
• Hands-on experience delivering conversational agents and the frameworks around them.
• Experience developing evaluation and tracing infrastructure for AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple AI agents across parallel programs.
• Review production traces and translate problem scenarios into evaluation cases.
• Use evaluation results to strengthen the core agent framework.
• Connect external data sources to reach users and respond to new demand.
• Scale language-model conversations across voice, text, and email while keeping consistency and personalization.
• Follow developments in agent tooling and fold best ideas into the platform.
