Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AI Software Architect to design and implement agent control for scalable enterprise systems. You will lead the development of authentication, environment control, and policy-driven architectures while coordinating with security and infrastructure teams.

You’ll work on post-training tuning, model synthesis, and IP development, presenting findings at conferences and guiding junior engineers in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting within the US.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and secrets management.
• Experience with AI native development tools and modern IDEs/CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Design post-training and tuning environments.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement architectures and benchmark against evals.
