Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control across large-scale enterprise systems. You will shape authentication, environment control, and multi-agent orchestration while ensuring observability and security.

The role blends hands-on development with architectural leadership. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Security, Data and Infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant technical field is required.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Design post training and tuning environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evals.
• Develop AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI native processes.
• Research emerging authorization architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for AI tech.
• Present at academic conferences and contribute IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
