Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control in large-scale enterprise systems. You will focus on identity/auth, post-training environments, and synthesis models while working with cross-functional teams to enable scalable AI solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities, collaboration with security and data teams, and participation in IP development.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Proficiency with AI native development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub.
• Familiarity with Python, Bash, Typescript and languages like Go, Rust, Java.
• Understanding AI Native design process and cryptographic identity/auth methods.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub/Gitlab/Azure DevOps and various AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large scale multi-agent enterprise systems.
• Design post training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking against evals.
• Design comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI Native processes.
• Assess emerging authorization architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate across AI, Security, Data and Infra for balanced outcomes.
• Support business development for emerging tech; present at conferences.
