Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control, including tool usage, state management, execution environment control, and policy application. The role covers authentication, observability, and scalable federation-enabled architectures across enterprise systems.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to IP filings while staying ahead in fast-paced AI environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Proficiency with AI native software development tools / code assist.
• Familiarity with cryptographic methods of identity and auth.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large scale multi-agent systems.
• Design post training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance.
• Design comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI Native processes.
• Assess emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
