Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control across large-scale enterprise systems. You will define architectures for authentication, post-training environments, and synthesis models, and drive AI native design processes.

You will collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to IP filings while delivering hands-on development of advanced agentic capabilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools and scripting languages.
• Understanding of AI native design processes and cryptographic identity methods.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and test architectures with performance benchmarks.
• Design comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI native design process.
• Assess emerging architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.
• Support strategic business development and IP filings.
