Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 9–12+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong record in software or applied ML engineering with production systems ownership.
• Hands-on evidence of shipping large-language-model apps, agents, or complex model-driven workflows.

Aufgaben

• Choose execution models and design agent architectures with deterministic steps or single-agent loops when justified.
• Build dependable tools with clear contracts and validated outcomes.
• Engineer agent behavior, including planning, routing, delegation, and handoff across workflows.
• Create durable context combining instructions, user state, memory, and environment feedback.
• Bound agent authority with scoped identities, credentials, budgets, and emergency containment.
• Evaluate complete trajectories with tests for verified task success and recovery.
• Operate long-running execution with durable state, checkpointing, and safe retries.
• Make behavior observable through end-to-end tracing and replay for improvements.
• Protect user control with intervention points for inspection and safe resumption.
• Build shared capability by collaborating across product, platform, security, and evaluation teams.
