Job summary

Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York seeks a Senior AI Advisor to partner with the firm’s East Coast partners, enabling confident AI use in client work and business development. You will design, deliver and refine AI solutions, and collaborate with internal AI teams to meet partner needs.

You will help senior lawyers supervise AI use, create talking points, and deliver training across offices, travel as needed, and stay current on legal tech trends.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in legal technology, innovation, enablement, knowledge management, or practice support in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong practical fluency with generative AI tools.
• Ability to advise senior lawyers and translate AI concepts into client-facing value.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior AI advisor to partners on the East Coast, earning trust from first conversation.
• Orient partners to AI tools, access, and tool suitability for various work.
• Triage partner requests and log them for resolution and tracking.
• Facilitate working sessions to apply firm AI tools in practice.
• Develop session outlines, curriculums, and worked examples for tools.
