Job summary

KLA, a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing solutions, seeks a Sr. Program Manager of Digital Adoption & Change Management in Milpitas, CA. You will drive AI adoption, measure business impact, and establish governance for technology investments across the OCIO.

Collaborate with IT leadership and AI teams to enable value realization. You will partner with finance, infrastructure, and training to remove barriers and ensure operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Eight (8) years of proven experience in Digital Transformation, IT Strategy, Business Operations, Change Management, or related fields
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing collaborators across a matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, digital workplace technologies, cloud platforms, and SaaS ecosystems.
• Experience defining and tracking AI business value, adoption metrics, KPIs, ROI, and value realization frameworks.
• Familiarity with FinOps, cost governance, and technology consumption management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Strong executive communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technology-driven outcomes.

• Lead adoption strategies for AI and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Build and scale digital champion communities across the organization.
• Drive organizational readiness for AI and emerging technologies.
• Partner with AI teams, communications, and training to remove adoption barriers.
• Define and manage value realization frameworks for IT AI investments.
• Establish KPIs and executive scorecards focused on AI adoption and outcomes.
• Conduct benefit realization reviews and post-implementation assessments.
• Provide executive insights on realized versus expected business value.
