Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across technology, product management, digital transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and enterprise AI strategy development.
• Proven ability to develop roadmaps, prioritize work, and measure business outcomes.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
• Experience in financial services or similarly regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior technology leadership to translate AI strategy into actionable roadmaps, priorities and metrics.
• Lead enterprise AI enablement including tooling, adoption programs, and AI Center of Excellence initiatives.
• Coordinate resources, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and drive accountability across technology and business teams.
• Establish AI governance, risk controls, and guardrails balancing innovation with responsible adoption.
• Manage budgets, business cases, ROI, and executive-level reporting to technology leadership.

Our client is seeking a senior AI product and transformation leader to help shape and execute an enterprise-wide AI enablement strategy. This highly visible role will connect strategy with execution, bringing product discipline, strong operational leadership, and a practical understanding of enterprise AI to help the organization scale adoption, governance, and measurable business value.

• Job Type: Direct Hire
• Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA (2-3 days onsite)
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $190,000-200,000 plus bonus
• This position does not offer sponsorship

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with senior technology leadership to translate AI strategy into actionable roadmaps, priorities, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and coordinate enterprise AI enablement efforts, including AI tooling, citizen development, adoption programs, communications, training, and AI Center of Excellence initiatives.
• Drive AI initiatives from concept through implementation by coordinating resources, managing dependencies, removing roadblocks, and establishing accountability across Technology, Security, and business teams.
• Partner with Security, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to establish AI governance, controls, standards, and guardrails that balance innovation with responsible enterprise adoption.
• Manage AI initiative budgets, business cases, priorities, adoption metrics, ROI, and executive-level reporting while serving as a strategic thought and execution partner to technology leadership.

What Gets You the Job:

• 10+ years of experience across technology, product management, digital transformation, AI strategy, management consulting, program leadership, or a related discipline, including leadership of enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Demonstrated understanding of Generative AI with experience developing or implementing enterprise AI strategies, AI enablement/adoption programs, AI tooling, or Centers of Excellence.
• Strong product management capabilities, including roadmap development, prioritization, stakeholder management, cross-functional execution, and measurement of business outcomes.
• Experience operating within a sophisticated, highly matrixed organization, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex AI and technology concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in financial services, asset management, investment management, banking, fintech, or a similarly complex regulated environment is strongly preferred, along with exposure to AI governance, risk management, budgets, business cases, vendors, and ROI measurement.
