Job summary

Tandem Search is hiring to lead customer implementations of an AI accounting platform. You will own the full customer journey from contract signing through launch, training, and ongoing adoption.

The role requires 6–9 years of experience implementing enterprise software, with hands-on use of accounting tools such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, BlackLine, or FloQast. On-site in Flatiron, NYC, with equity offered.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience owning enterprise software implementations from start to finish.
• Experience at a startup or mid-stage company.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, BlackLine, FloQast, or similar accounting tools.
• Strong accounting background or CPA designation.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from start to finish.
• Manage pilots, launches, training, and adoption.
• Run workshops for accounting teams.
• Turn customer goals into practical workflows.
• Act as the main contact for each customer.
• Keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.
• Write clear project plans, updates, and documentation.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering.
• Build repeatable processes as the company grows.
