Talentedge is seeking a permanent accounting hire for a rapidly growing A.I. native PropTech firm in New York City. This hybrid/remote role offers an exciting opportunity for an accounting professional to take ownership of key financial processes from day one.

The candidate will manage month-end close activities, support cash flow monitoring, and contribute to improving internal controls and processes in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 4 years of experience in VC-backed companies is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience in a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS or software business.
• Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment with significant ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and confident working with non-finance stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own key components of the month-end close process including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain high-quality financial records and improve reporting schedules.
• Support cash flow monitoring and help design internal controls.
