Job summary

OJ Digital is seeking a hands-on Implementation Manager in San Francisco, CA for a seed-stage AI-enabled startup transforming bookkeeping and tax workflows. Own customer implementations from discovery to go-live, configure software to match client workflows, and train users while partnering with Product and Engineering to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience independently delivering B2B SaaS implementations through launch.
• Experience configuring software and troubleshooting implementation issues.
• Experience implementing accounting, ERP, bookkeeping, tax or related financial software.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ownership of implementation relationships.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating workflows into software configurations.
• Evidence of delivering successful implementation outcomes, not just coordination.
• Experience building repeatable onboarding or implementation processes.
• Comfortable in an early-stage startup with limited structure.
• Experience training customers on new software workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Translate customers’ accounting and workflows into product configurations.
• Configure software and troubleshoot technical, workflow, and data issues.
• Manage multiple implementations with milestones, risks and timelines.
• Train customers on the product and new workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Build scalable implementation processes and playbooks from scratch.
• Identify recurring challenges and improve the customer journey.
• Support customers post-launch to ensure adoption and value.
