Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2+ years of sales or related experience.
• Outside sales experience with presentations and negotiation preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans to achieve sales goals and profitability through sales, marketing and consulting processes for products and services.
• Evaluate current customer programs and develop sales and marketing plans to meet complex business needs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, distribution, operations, technical staff, and credit to heighten visibility and impact of sales calls.
• Facilitate long-term relationships with suppliers and customers to generate repeat business.
• Prepare sales presentations, contracts, bids, and proposals and provide staff training.
• Demonstrate cross-selling across product lines to increase customer wallet share and lead sales projects.
• Work with customers professionally, address inquiries, and mentor less experienced staff.
• Develop knowledge of multiple products and safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
