Job summary

CHS Dakota Agronomy Partners in Bowbells, ND seeks an experienced Agronomy Sales Representative to engage farmers, ranchers, and producers, promoting crop protection, nutrients, seeds and services. You will deliver on-farm sales presentations that drive local producer success.

The role emphasizes agronomic recommendations, proactive sales, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to grow the business while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or Sales Business Operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Agriculture, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of Ag Retail selling experience including agronomic field work, presentations, negotiation, customer service, conflict resolution, and independent work.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record.
• Pre-employment screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans to achieve sales goals and increase profitability through sales, marketing and consulting processes for products and services.
• Develop sales and marketing plans to meet complex business needs while growing the business.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, distribution, operations, technical staff and credit to heighten visibility and impact of sales calls.
