Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of sales, business development, business operations or related experience preferred.
• Agronomy sales experience is a plus.
• Outside sales experience with presentations, negotiation, and independent work is valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans to achieve goals and increase profitability through sales, marketing and consulting processes for CHS products and services.
• Evaluate current customer programs and develop sales/marketing plans to meet complex needs while growing the business.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, distribution, operations, technical staff and credit to heighten visibility and impact of calls and improve efficiency.
