Job summary
AgroLiquid is seeking a National Agronomy Strategist to lead the planning and execution that align with regional priorities. You will guide the Regional Sales Agronomist teams, coordinate research priorities, and ensure consistent agronomic support across regions.
This role requires collaboration with Marketing, Innovation, NCRS, AIM, Product Management, and Sales to translate strategy into actionable goals.
Qualifications
- 4 year degree in agriculture or equivalent experience.
- CCA/PCA certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Travel up to 70% seasonally.
Responsibilities
- Lead National Agronomy Planning and Execution under direction of top agronomy leadership.
- Provide direct leadership and development for Regional Sales Agronomist teams.
- Coordinate regional research prioritization, field development, and product validation.
- Translate agronomy strategy into objectives, timelines, and accountability measures.
- Ensure timely, scientifically sound agronomic support across regions.
