• Collaborate with Sales Agronomists, Crop Advisors, and Territory Representatives to identify needs.
• Conduct field evaluations and technical assessments to validate performance.
• Assist with product launches and technical training for stakeholders.
• Analyze field data and trends to develop practical recommendations.
• Support demonstration trials and evaluation programs for product validation.
• Present technical information at grower events and customer meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agronomic practices and regulatory requirements.
• Develop technical resources with marketing and product teams.
