Qualifications

• Possess Class 1A Commercial Applicator license or ability to obtain.
• Possess Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or ability to obtain.
• Fumigation license (7B) or ability to obtain.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company software.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Unload and weigh grain and transfer to suitable bin space.
• Blend grains to meet customer specifications and quality control.
• Load fertilizer and NH3 into vehicles and deliver as directed.
• Operate seed cleaner and assist with seed handling.
• Perform monthly inventory tasks and assist training for junior staff.
