Job summary

NEW Cooperative seeks a dedicated team member to provide agronomy and grain-related customer services in a safe, efficient manner. You will support loading/unloading, operate fertilizer equipment, and assist in various location duties while upholding safety and quality standards.

Applicants should have a Class A CDL with tanker/HazMat endorsements or the ability to obtain them, plus a High School Diploma or GED. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Must be licensed and insurable to drive.
Must have or obtain a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsement.
Must have or obtain a Commercial Handler’s or Applicator’s License.
High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months of related experience.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

Assist in loading and unloading of products from vehicles based on work orders.
Unload/load grain from trucks and wagons; operate fertilizer tender trucks.
Operate NH3 equipment and general application equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment and work areas are safe and clean.
Maintain safety, quality, and customer service standards.
