Job summary

You will evaluate farm operations, collateral, and cash flows to support profitable lending with appropriate risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in agricultural/commercial lending or related field.
• 3+ years in agricultural or commercial lending with knowledge of farm finance.
• Experience developing agricultural loan and deposit relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure asset quality of the agricultural loan portfolio and monitor delinquency.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of agricultural and commercial loans and deposits.
• Build relationships with farmers and agribusiness partners.
• Conduct farm/business visits to evaluate operations and collateral.
• Negotiate loan structures, rates, and terms in a competitive market.
• Cross-sell bank services including treasury management and wealth services.
