Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of agricultural or commercial lending experience.
• Strong credit analysis, portfolio management, and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build farmer and agribusiness relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an agricultural loan portfolio with focus on asset quality.
• Develop relationships with farmers, producers, and agribusinesses to expand loans and deposits.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate operations and collateral conditions.
• Analyze financial statements and cash flows to determine repayment capacity.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Prepare loan approvals and coordinate with Credit Administration.
