Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent training.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial lending with CRE and C&I knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Ensure asset quality of the loan portfolio and monitor delinquency with the supervisor.
• Develop and grow loan and deposit portfolios and maintain customer relationships.
• Solicit new customers and negotiate terms in a competitive market.
• Cross-sell bank services to customers (deposits, cash management, lending, wealth).
• Analyze credit applications, balance sheets, and cash flow to support loan decisions.
