Job summary

Capital Farm Credit in Texas seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer/Relationship Manager to grow and manage commercial and real estate lending relationships. You will analyze credit, originate loans, and implement sales strategies to expand the portfolio in the association's trade area.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of banking or agricultural lending experience, with NMLS registration. This full-time position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Agricultural Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible banking or related agricultural lending experience.
• Registration required as a Mortgage Loan Officer under the National Mortgage Licensing System.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships and seek new accounts with the ability to manage large and complex accounts and credit evaluations.
• Recommends or approves loans in assigned territory within delegated authority.
• Develop loan portfolios, including originations, in the trade area served by the association.
• Designs and implements sales strategies for complex customers to increase client satisfaction and portfolio growth.
• Assists in training less senior relationship managers and credit personnel.
• Operates with considerable decision-making latitude under minimal supervision.
