Job summary

Frontier Farm Credit seeks a Financial Officer to lead a sales-focused role, promoting core products and deepening wallet share across mid-to-large customer relationships. You will manage portfolios, provide sound credit reasoning, and negotiate terms while retaining customers and expanding cross-sell opportunities.

This role requires extensive lending experience, strong communication, and the ability to influence outcomes in a collaborative, team-driven environment across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of lending, credit analysis or sales experience.
• 6+ years in Market/Business Development with lending or credit analysis experience, plus relationship management and/or sales.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative customer loan packages, advising customers on financial information and pricing loans based on risk and profitability.
• Servicing assigned portfolios and developing business plans to increase market share, promoting and selling loan products, cross-selling all products and services.
• Sales focus on marketing core products with existing customers, deepening wallet share and cross-selling opportunities, while retaining clients.
• Discuss credit packages with Analysts and participate in consensus decision making when appropriate.
• Demonstrate holistic selling to deepen customer relationships within the assigned segment.
