Farm Credit Mid-America is seeking a Financial Officer to drive marketing, marketplace development, and growth of the loan portfolio. You will build relationships with customers, analyze financial positions, and promote agricultural lending products while upholding regulatory standards.

The role requires understanding of agriculture and finance, with responsibilities spanning sales, credit, and customer experience. A valid NMLS or ability to obtain it is expected upon hire.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree with 1 years relevant experience preferred.

• Manages an assigned customer portfolio and develops new business to increase market share.
• Develops and maintains a strong professional presence within the assigned territory by building relationships with customers and influencers.
• Applies a consultative approach by understanding customer goals, credit strengths, and opportunities to deliver financial products and services.
• Designs and recommends financial packages by advising customers on financial information and pricing loans based on risk and profitability.
• Partners with analysts and other internal stakeholders to discuss credit packages, participate in decisions, and support credit resolution.
• Ensures sound credit administration by adhering to regulatory requirements and clearly communicating decisions.
