Qualifications

TS/SCI with Poly Required.
Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of systems engineering experience.
Preferred: SAFe, INCOSE, CSEP certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end systems engineering within Agile delivery frameworks.
Define and manage system-level requirements, dependencies, and technical risks.
Guide decomposition of complex mission needs into scalable backlogs.
Serve as primary systems engineering interface to government stakeholders and technical leadership.
Ensure architectural alignment, interface consistency, and integration readiness.
Oversee requirements traceability, verification strategy, and system acceptance.
Mentor junior and mid level systems engineers.
Support program reviews, technical roadmaps, and long range planning.
