Job summary

VTG Defense in Aurora, Colorado seeks an Agile System Engineer III to provide technical leadership across Agile teams, ensuring mission alignment and delivery discipline. Based in Aurora, CO, you will guide architecture and interface integrity.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end systems engineering, managing requirements and risks, mentoring engineers, and interfacing with government stakeholders to drive roadmaps and verification strategies.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly Required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Preferred: SAFe, INCOSE, CSEP certifications.

Do you have what it takes?

  Agile and/or systems engineering certifications (SAFe, INCOSE, CSEP, etc.)
