Vosper Thornycroft Group in Aurora, Colorado seeks an Agile System Engineer III to provide technical leadership for systems engineering across Agile teams, ensuring mission alignment, architectural integrity, and delivery discipline. This role is based in Aurora, Colorado.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Poly is required.
10+ years of systems engineering experience.
Preferred: experience in distributed or multi-team Agile environments and related certifications (SAFe, INCOSE, CSEP).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end systems engineering activities within Agile delivery frameworks.
Define and manage system-level requirements, dependencies, and technical risks.
Guide decomposition of complex mission needs into scalable Agile backlogs.
Serve as primary systems engineering interface to government stakeholders and technical leadership.
Ensure architectural alignment, interface consistency, and integration readiness.
Oversee requirements traceability, verification strategy, and system acceptance.
Mentor junior and mid-level systems engineers.
Support program reviews, technical roadmaps, and long-range planning.
