Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly is required.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Preferred: experience in distributed or multi-team Agile environments and related certifications (SAFe, INCOSE, CSEP).

• Lead end-to-end systems engineering activities within Agile delivery frameworks.
• Define and manage system-level requirements, dependencies, and technical risks.
• Guide decomposition of complex mission needs into scalable Agile backlogs.
• Serve as primary systems engineering interface to government stakeholders and technical leadership.
• Ensure architectural alignment, interface consistency, and integration readiness.
• Oversee requirements traceability, verification strategy, and system acceptance.
• Mentor junior and mid-level systems engineers.
• Support program reviews, technical roadmaps, and long-range planning.
