Job summary

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with requirements development and end-to-end traceability from mission needs through verification.
Experience creating and maintaining system specifications, interface docs, architecture views, and technical baselines.
Familiarity with MBSE/SysML and architecture frameworks (DoDAF); knowledge of integration, verification, and configuration management practices.

Responsibilities

Lead or support requirements development, decomposition, and management with end-to-end traceability.
Develop and maintain systems engineering artifacts (system specs, interface docs, architecture views, baselines).
Support integration planning across software, network, cyber, cloud, and test disciplines.
Contribute to SRR/PDR/CDR or equivalent reviews, including materials prep and action closure.
Support verification planning and test readiness; ensure requirements are measurable and testable.
Identify technical risks/issues and propose mitigations; support change control processes.
