Interclypse Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead a large-scale agile program implementing SAFe across multiple teams. The role focuses on facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching teams, removing impediments, and ensuring PI planning commitments are met.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in a Scrum Master role, SAFe/CSM certification, and strong collaboration with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar leading technical teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or PMI-ACP.
• Experience with agile tools like Jira, VersionOne, Rally, or IBM RTC.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate self-organizing teams to meet PI commitments.
• Protect teams from scope creep during Program Increments.
• Remove impediments and coordinate with Release Train Engineers.
• Help teams communicate, coordinate, and cooperate.
• Enforce Scrum processes and defined DoD.
• Lead SAFe ceremonies: planning, reviews, demos, retros, and PI planning.
• Develop User Stories with Product Owners to meet acceptance criteria.
• Coach teams on agile principles for continuous improvement.
• Observe team dynamics and drive productivity improvements.
• Foster knowledge sharing and cross-functional training.
