The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, strong SAFe knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to foster a high-performing Agile culture onsite in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in related field.
• Experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong working knowledge of SAFe working methodology.
• Five (5) years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coaches Agile teams and leaders on Agile process during transition.
• Facilitates conversations across agile team leaders to improve value stream performance.
• Anchors SAFe practices across value streams and teams.
