Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to coach multiple teams within a SAFe framework and collaborate with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and other ART resources.

The role emphasizes planning, delivery, and continuous improvement in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will hold a Secret clearance, possess CSM or SAFe Scrum Master certification, and have 3+ years of agile leadership experience, with strong communication and understanding of SDLC.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with seven years of related experience.
• Certified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Scrum Master.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of three years leading teams using Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead an agile team within SAFe.
• Facilitate PI Planning and create PI objectives.
• Facilitate planning, retrospectives, and demos for Program Increments.
• Refine backlog with Product Owners and BAs.
• Track impediments and enable cross-team coordination.
• Maintain metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform capacity planning for iterations and increments.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies.
• Interact with architects and cyber security SMEs to ensure quality.
