Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, seven years of related experience.
- Certified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Scrum Master with experience coaching Scrum teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Agile background with team leadership experience.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass IT-1 background.
Responsibilities
- Coach and lead agile teams within SAFe framework and coordinate with ARTs.
- Facilitate PI Planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Refine backlog with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
- Identify and remove impediments; improve cross-team coordination.
- Maintain metrics and support capacity planning and roadmap alignment.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and releases.
- Engage architects and security SMEs to ensure quality and compliance.
- Staff Epics/Features appropriately and ensure timely delivery.
