Job summary

Integrated Data Services (IDS) is seeking an ambitious Requirements Lead to guide Agile software development efforts for government systems. The role focuses on business analysis, requirements leadership, and quality ownership within a Scrum team.

Based in the Washington, DC/DMV area, the position is currently remote with potential onsite requirements in the future. Strong collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software applications or software development teams, with Agile/Scrum background.
Strong written and verbal communication, ability to produce clear design specs and user stories.
Experience interfacing with customers, stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the Agile requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, backlog refinement, user story and acceptance criteria definition.
Prepare and review test results and defects, drive issues to resolution, and update requirements or tests as needed.
Deliver demonstrations of new capabilities to customers and internal stakeholders.
