Job summary

Leidos standing up a brand-new Agile development team in the Digital Sector to deliver federal IT modernization and digital transformation. This is a ground-floor opportunity to architect, build, and integrate cutting-edge infrastructure for national missions.

An active TS/SCI clearance is required, with on-site duties in Washington, DC as the program matures. Expect collaboration with product owners, SMEs, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Ability to pass additional customer suitability screenings.
• On-site work in Washington, DC.
• Level III: Bachelor’s degree and 4–8 years of relevant experience; Level IV: Bachelor’s 8–12 years (or Master’s 6+ with equivalent experience).
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional/technical specs.
• Build datasets and visualizations for reporting/analytics.
• Data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and metadata management.
• Manage and update user stories in Jira.
• Document processes and design improved future-state workflows.
• Establish governance for data domains.
• Mentor junior team members and support project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and digital units.
