Job summary

CACI International seeks an Agile Project Manager III to lead DoD mission-focused projects in Maryland. You will drive Agile execution, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and liaison across technical and functional teams.

You will apply Scrum/Kanban, develop IMS and risk registers, and monitor performance against QASP and PRS. A Secret clearance and 10+ years' PM experience required; travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or managerial discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience in program/project management, business analysis, or related operations support.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) in a professional environment.
• Experience managing project execution including scope, schedule, and budget oversight.
• Strong analytical skills with business process analysis and performance metrics development.
• Experience developing and implementing communication strategies and change plans.
• Ability to liaise between technical and functional areas and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply Agile, Scrum, or Kanban to plan and deliver iteratively.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and risk registers.
• Support program operations and liaison between technical teams and leadership.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses and performance improvements for the program.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics, QA checkpoints, and dashboards.
