Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead a large-scale software development program for the GrantSolutions contract. You will oversee two or more Scrum teams, manage schedules, scope, and budgets, and coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Tech Leads to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Federal/Public Trust clearance and 8+ years of Agile project management experience in IT projects, with a strong SDLC background and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting Agile software development programs.
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects or complex technology initiatives.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated leadership style grounded in coaching and team empowerment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and other delivery methodologies.
• Experience applying core project management disciplines across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to proactively identify and remove impediments in regulated environments.
• Exceptional communication skills for engagement at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and coordination of a large-scale agile software program.
• Oversee multiple workstreams across the full application development lifecycle.
• Manage project financials, including monthly cost projections, EAC, and ETC.
• Establish and monitor schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports for executives and Federal stakeholders.
• Maintain project artifacts and stakeholder communications.
