Job summary

TRIAEM LLC seeks an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead a large, dispersed program supporting the U.S. Army. The role oversees enterprise Agile execution, capacity planning, backlog governance, and metrics-driven performance improvements across multiple teams.

Responsibilities include resource allocation, executive-level reporting, sprint and PI planning, and cross-functional coordination in a hybrid Orlando environment with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of program/project management experience, with ≥3 years in the last 5 years.
• Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams and programs.
• Advanced Agile credential (e.g., SPC, RTE) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile execution and delivery for a large, dispersed program.
• Manage enterprise backlog, capacity, resource allocation, and prioritization.
• Develop Jira dashboards for executives, programs, and teams.
• Monitor velocity, cycle time, capacity, blockers, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across locations and support staffing changes.
